I last heard that the arrangement with Amazon and Stamps was ending. They were taken to court over that and sued for not allowing customers to cancel. My daughter had the same problem - left hanging on the phone for 45 minutes each time we called in to cancel and a big argument and finally said okay but didn’t cancel. Stamps was down often and had labels with heavy graphic elements that couldn’t be edited, didn’t have stealth postage (where it’s hidden and not printed on the label) and didn’t have reports, and when I tried to cancel they just wouldn’t let me (kept on charging me). Is the information fed into Amazon consistently? Does it compare to price-wise? I’ve never tried Endicia but I’ve looked at it before, it’s been awhile though.Īnyway, I see alot of praise for Endicia. I’m interested in a product that runs smoother.

I’m tired of putting up with the side-swipes that I incur on my stats whenever has a problem. Is it poor communication between the two? Amazon’s shipping labels are done using, and the information is automatically imported from to Amazon. And the numbers of valid shipments has dropped dramatically. Typically, I have zero problems - 100% on time, and then all of the sudden it dropped to 90%! It was glaring. Now I’m looking at my stats on Amazon regarding shipping on time (for that same time period) and notice that only about 25% of the items shipped were considered to have valid tracking information. Got started on printing my labels and it hung up on me. Turned around, and on Monday/Tuesday of the following week, I was able to log in. Used the ship button on Amazon to get my packages out on time. It was around the first of November - a Friday. It’s okay, however, when they have problems it stinks – usually when they decide to do an upgrade.Ī couple of weeks ago there were issues and I couldn’t log in.
